'Tis the Arbiter, the second playable character from Halo 2 and Halo 3. He's big. He's strong. He's got weird mandibles. He's got an awesome sword. That's all you need to know. (I did not draw the background, I distorted it from some concept art of the covenant city high charity.)

Using jaxxblackfox's incredibly awesome artwork for reference [link] I drew this out entirely on Flash, with tons of filters and whatnot, and I'm happy cos its probably over twice as detailed as my previous Halo pic [link]
